Our farmers are doing a poor job of that. I understand that out of all the elements that our soils have lost, we only replace them with 2-3 elements between crops. We're raping the land while trying to grow 2-3 crops in one year. We never let the land rest. It's all about money. It will take future generations to know the extent of the damage that we have created over the last 50 years. Diabetes as you know, is rampade among the American Indian population. I believe that the lack of these trace elements in our food are mostly responsible for those figures. We need to eat foods that are high in trace elements. Fish is a very good source to start with. We eat grits, eggs, sausage, white bread, pan cakes, and we drink a cup of coffee with our breakfast. this is over doing it quite a bit.
